The Area Agency on Aging (AAA) is a State-designated agency; established in 1975. The AAA is a separate division within the Aging and Adult Services Branch of Community and Senior Services, and is responsible for identifying unmet needs of older adults and functionally-impaired adults as well as planning, coordinating, and implementing programs that promote the health, dignity, and well-being of the County’s residents.
